[He just can't bear to watch the re-clothing process. Even if his brother's only half naked now, it's the principle of the thing. Somehow.

The slime is double the reason to assume that somebody stole his clothes to give them a wash. Sure, dads might (apparently) be smoking, barbecuing, gross men that Sans gets along with fantastically... but would they really accept wearing clothes with somebody else's slime on them???]
